Welcome to the Italian restaurant Inté Caffe. Located at 22 Cambaceres Street. Fish specialties (Beth Din de Paris), is located in the 8th arrondissement of Paris, in the heart of the golden triangle, opposite the Ministry of the Interior, a stone's throw from the Elysée Palace and a few meters from the luxury boutiques of Faubourg Saint Honoré.
Our cuisine, which we want to be of high quality, bears the “Preparée Maison” label.
we invite you to discover the unmissable Inte Café, located in the chic and charming 8th arrondissement of Paris.
As soon as you arrive, you will be immersed in a spacious and elegant setting. The welcome is provided by a very professional team, determined to ensure you have an exceptional time. Fred, the boss, is particularly invested in his establishment, welcoming each customer with a warm smile without ever stopping.
Our dining experience began with numerous starters, including a sumptuous burrata with fresh, juicy tomatoes - a real treat!
We continued with the truffle-mozzarella pizzeta, while Eric savored the artichokes which he loved. The pumpkin velouté was unanimous, leaving us all amazed by its finesse and refinement. I finished this part of the meal with a delicious salmon carpaccio.
The main courses were of an exceptional standard. On the menu: sea bream, truffle gnocchi, sea bass spaghetti, tagliatelle with tomato and ricotta sauce (tested by Gad), tuna belly, and truffle gratin. A real culinary fireworks display!
And to conclude, my favorite part: the desserts. If the dishes were already impressive, the desserts were simply extraordinary. The chocolate fondant was the best I've ever tasted, the homemade cookie was a real killer, but the real surprise was the panna cotta, which I still dream of today.
I don't just recommend this restaurant, I order you to go there as the experience was spectacular. Trust me, you won't be disappointed.
