We take you to the 8th arrondissement of Paris, not to Kavod Bassari, but to discover the brand new Kavod Halavi.
Welcome to this exceptional place in the heart of the capital. Freshly furnished and decorated, this restaurant embodies culinary innovation. Each dish is a universe in its own right, showcasing delicious ingredients in a thousand and one colors. Get ready to taste unique creations that will leave you speechless. We let ourselves be guided through a totally extraordinary menu, all accompanied by a selection of Israeli wines.
Our taste journey began with the Arantini gratin, enhanced by a delicate emulsion of mushrooms and truffles, a bold and delicious blend. Eric savored the feta served with a mint-honey-lemon sauce, which he particularly appreciated.
The asparagus tempura was simply amazing, the asparagus cooked to perfection and the cream divine. This was my first experience of this blend, and I was pleasantly surprised. The marinated bluefin tuna, accompanied by its more than perfect seasoning, pleased Ruben so much that he refused to share it.
The dessert part was an extraordinary experience. We started with a chili trompe-l'oeil, with a surprising and delicious taste. The slightly spicy note was quickly softened by the chocolate and raspberry, creating a sensation that was both stunning and exquisite. The lychee Pavlova was delicious.
Finally, the flagship dessert “Comme un oeuf”, made with hazelnuts, chocolate mousse and vanilla, offered a wonderful mixture that melted deliciously in the mouth. Each dessert was a true work of art.
So, what are you waiting for to try this exceptional restaurant ?
