Food and Dining
Enjoy the best kosher dining experience, without kitniyot, carefully prepared under the supervision of the Beth Din of Strasbourg.

• Children's dinners starting at 6 p.m.
• Private rooms available on request for your Seder
• Israeli breakfast buffet served daily from 8:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m., featuring a wide selection of freshly squeezed juices, pastries and jams, salad buffets, an assortment of cheeses, yogurts, and made-to-order omelettes, along with hot dishes.

Lunches and dinners include a variety of salads (served at the table or buffet), followed by a fish starter. The menu features poultry, red meat, assorted vegetables, desserts, pastries, and fruits. And don’t forget the famous “truffle lamb.”

On holidays and Shabbat, meals are served at the table, while during school vacations, they are presented buffet-style.

• First day of Hol Hamoed: a grand barbecue is organized.
• Second day of Hol Hamoed: a fish barbecue is planned.

Children's menus are specially prepared and available at every meal.
